There are three key points in our approach that facilitate this:

Keep it simple

  • The more choice you offer, the higher your waste is going to be. So instead of offering the same 50+ items every day, we stick to a straightforward menu of around 8 dishes that changes every single day. World cuisine, so variety is guaranteed.

Don’t waste food

  • In addition to the above, we work with rescued ingredients where we can. These are on average 20% cheaper, reducing costs even further. 

Be transparent

  • To create a healthy and sustainable relationship we are fully open about our costs, fees, and prices. Our clients benefit directly from any discounts incurred, with no hidden agendas.

All this results in a modern, fast-paced, and healthy food offer for a fixed price

To keep this price attractive for our guests on a daily basis, most of our clients subsidize the restaurant. For multi-tenant offices, this is possible on an individual basis. All banqueting, events and other activities that we facilitate contribute to the bottom line of our services. By keeping things in-house, the level of subsidization can be greatly decreased.
